Christopher K. Caswell, JD, MBA, CFP and Mark Clark, CSA are the managing members of Succession Planners, LLC. This is a unique entity comprised of individuals with unique skills and expertise. Succession Planners focuses on a very targeted clientele with specific needs - successful business owners desiring to plan effectively for their eventual exits from their businesses.

Mr. Caswell has practiced law since 1983, and has had his own practice since 1996. In addition to a JD degree, he holds an MBA and is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP). Mr. Caswell's law practice has centered around businesses - entity formation, intellectual property, commercial transactions, contracts, licensing, real estate and business sales. He has significant experience in counseling business owners on start-up, growth and succession issues.

Mr. Clark is the founder of The Legacy Group. With 12 years’ experience in financial services, he is a Investment Advisor Representative and a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA). He holds Series 7, 24, 63 and 65 securities licenses. Mark is a member of the National Association of Christian Financial Consultants, of Crown Financial Ministries and of the Gulf Coast Builders Exchange. He’s licensed with the state of Florida to provide Life & Health and Property & Casualty insurance coverages.

Together these men have founded Succession Planners, LLC to provide advisory services to people facing the most important financial event of their lives. To that end, Succession Planners has developed a seven step process to ensure that transfer of ownership, whether it's to an heir, a key employee, or an outside buyer, happens smoothly. This process maximizes the owner's financial return while minimizing his or her tax liability.
